About me
I trained and worked as a dentist, where I first encountered the power of hypnotherapy. Using hypnosis with my dental patients — helping them overcome anxiety, dental phobia, and challenging conditions like an exaggerated gag reflex — I saw firsthand how effective the mind-body connection can be in reducing stress and pain. This experience inspired me to explore hypnotherapy more broadly, helping people with chronic pain, procedural anxiety, and emotional regulation beyond dentistry.
I practiced hypnotherapy in a pain clinic in London, supporting adults living with chronic pain. Seeing how hypnosis could change people’s experience of pain and daily life strengthened my belief in its potential for other conditions, including endometriosis, chronic pelvic pain, childbirth anxiety, and procedural fears.
Harmonify
Driven by this vision, I co-founded Harmonify. We developed technology for Resonance Frequency breathing assessment and training, autonomic nervous system regulation, combining therapeutic music and hypnosis into personalised, measurable interventions.
Ourtools have helped people manage everything from menopause-related hot flashes and sleep issues to pre-birth relaxation, supporting calm, focused, and confident experiences.
I’ve witnessed the impact of these approaches on friends and clients alike — from easing chronic pelvic pain to creating a calm, relaxed birthing experience. Using research-grade data, we can measure which hypnosis and music interventions work best for each individual, helping people feel more in control, resilient, and connected to their bodies.
My work brings together clinical experience, hypnotherapy, music, and technology to create effective, supportive, and evidence-informed solutions for people who want to manage pain, anxiety, and stress in their lives.
